Eddy Byrne – Owner
Eddy brings over 40 years of Restaurant and Foodservice
experience to Catering Concepts, and was former Co-Owner of Boxing
Cat Café', and Managing Partner of Wesley's Restaurants in
Greenwich, Ct. Eddy oversees the "Back of the House" operations
for Catering Concepts, maintaining high standards of quality, excellence,
and consistency, while developing menus and pricing for all events,
personally overseeing all Kosher Food Preparation.
Susan Byrne, Co-Owner
and Event Designer
Susan Byrne – Owner:
Susan has over 30 years of Retail and Foodservice
Experience, working in the Restaurant and Floral Industries. She works
closely with the Administrative Department, and heads up the Sales
Event Specialists' and Event Design Departments. Susan has forged
many long-term relationships with Clients over the years, and thrives
on the logistical, creative, and culinary challenges of off-premise
catering. She is constantly seeking new ideas and trends to keep the
company on the cutting edge in food and service presentation, which
has recently been expanded to include event décor.

Emily began her 20 year career in the retail and hospitality
industries after receiving her Associates degree in Applied Science
and Hospitality Management specializing in the Culinary Arts. Her
experience ranges from Retail Sales Associate to Human Resources Administrator/Team
Leader for a major retailer, as well as Assistant Director of Catering
before joining Catering Concepts. She brings her organizational skills,
dependability, and efficiency to Catering Concepts. She has forged
long term relationships with Corporate and Social Clients alike.

Mark McNeil- Staffing/Sales and Administrative Assistant
Mark is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and scheduling staff, answering phones, and taking client inquiries. He works closely with both the Sales department and Administrative Departments to ensure your event receives the proper attention from beginning to end.

Michael Reese – General
Michael Reese – General Manager
Mike has over 26 years experience in business accounting, specializing
in streamlining organizational and bookkeeping practices, to improving
efficiency and customer service. Mike heads up the Administrative
and Operations Departments, working closely with owners Eddy Byrne
and Susan Byrne to improve systems and policies, internal logistics
such as packing, warehouse traffic flow, building and fleet maintenance,
to equipment purchasing.

Marco Lepiz – Sous Chef
Marco has been in the Foodservice Industry for over
14 years, working in Restaurants in his native Costa Rica, rising
through the ranks from Waiter, Bartender, Maitre'd, Expediter, to
Food and Beverage Manager for Four Star Villa Taype. Marco has experience
in Kosher Catering, and Ethnic Cuisine.
Marco brings an excitement and energy to our events, showcasing his
talents in Chef Action Stations, providing Back of the House support
to Chef/Owner Eddy Byrne.
